Collecting, sorting, transporting, and recycling discarded devices, lamps, and batteries is therefore a crucial step in the circularity of these products.
Together with Wecycle drop-off points, such as municipalities, we aim to prevent discarded electrical devices, lamps, and batteries from ending up in other waste streams.

Are you, for example, a metal recycler with a large volume of discarded devices? The incentive program may apply to you.
As a drop-off point, you accept discarded devices, lamps, and/or batteries from companies and keep them separate. It’s important to ensure these products remain as intact and undamaged as possible.
We know from research that consumers prefer to return their discarded electrical appliances, light bulbs and batteries close by. The more collection points, the better. Is your means of collection full? Then request a collection request quickly.
Discarded devices, lamps, and batteries that are gathering dust or broken are best handed in for reuse or recycling. The videos below illustrate this process. They also highlight the human role in the collection and recycling process.
